Patient Support Officer’s (PSO’s)
We are currently looking to recruit Patient Support Officer's (PSO's) across our UK wide network of cosmetic surgery clinics.
The Role of a PSO is to represent Linia Healthcare and demonstrate our high levels of patient care. This includes:
- Working closely with our Consultant Surgeons and being responsible for supporting, co-ordinating and liaising with our patients, ensuring correct and precise details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Building on and maintaining good relationships with existing and new patients, whilst upholding and demonstrating our excellent levels of patient care.
- Increasing business potential by networking and expanding an effective patient referral system.
- Lead in the development of non-surgical clinics as well as surgical.
- Using your marketing experience and contacts to actively promote our services across a variety of media.
We offer an excellent salary package (dependent upon experience) + commission.
