Michelle Black who is in her twenties, works as a doctor's receptionist and lives in St Albans, Herts.
'I've always had a tiny build - I'm only 4ft 11in. I've never considered myself too young for cosmetic surgery and ironically, I had a breast enlargement two years ago to make me look older as I was fed up with looking like a "little girl".
'At the time, I asked my surgeon - Mr Azhar Aslam at Linia, Harley Street - to look at my thighs. I'd developed dented skin, which I thought was cellulite. Mr Aslam said it was just pockets of ordinary fat that needed toning and that I should exercise more. But I was lazy about going to the gym. I also ate lots of chocolate and takeaways, which didn't help.

JO SAYS: When I first mentioned to Kerry that I was considering breast implants, she wasn't at all impressed. She'd been put off by a friend who ended up with something resembling two footballs stuck to her chest. But I was keen for her to join me. I had my first operation at 32, to get the tip of my nose and my nostrils reduced. I'd inherited my father's big nose and I hated it. I wouldn't let anyone see my side profile. 'I'd stopped exercising and started to comfort eat after the break-up of a relationship when I was 23.
